Swapping from GRC to technical work?

To preface, I’m only an intern (I’ll be a senior in college this year), and luckily I’m staying on for the duration of my senior year.

Currently, I do mainly GRC work with some technical work on the side (mainly SIEM configuration work). While I like GRC, I realized I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the technical side, and eventually what to move into Threat Intelligence/Hunting later in my career.
