Suggestion for book/movie/.... about organized cyberattacks

Hi, I'm a software engeneering student with a great interest in Cybersecurity. I learn a lot about the prevention, but I find myself very curious about how (evil) hacker organizations actually function. Both the technical and the 'social' (e.g. how the organisation is structured) side. Does anyone have recommendations in a good book or movie/documentary regarding this subject?
Btw, I really talk about hacking, not like scamming over the phone or in emails or something like that!
