Stuck on Flashing factory images

I followed his instructions on the GrapheneOS website, activated OEM on my pixel from the developer option and then rebooted for fastboot. I installed android-sdk-platform-tools-common then "sudo apt update", reboot my pc. I clicked "Unlock bootloader" then i typed unlock bootloader on my pixel. Then i followed to flashing factory images, i got error : Timeout of 10000 ms exceeded.
I'm using Brave defaults on Pop_OS 21.10
