I have been at the same job for four years. In that time I completed a bachelor's degree in networking and earned my CISSP and CCSP. I work as a security analyst originally hired as a junior security analyst. My pay went from 19 an hour to 50,000 to now 75,000 last year before I had completed my CCSP.
