Stay somewhere I hate or move?

I am currently at UC as a third year CS major. I absolutely hate it here. Would it be worth it to bear it for 18 more months until I get the CS degree with an emphasis in Cybersecurity here? Or switch to an online school and move somewhere that I actually want to live? Is CSU global or any of the other fully online schools actually respected? Does it matter where I get my degree?
