Stalked by Lingopie

I saw this on a sponsored video and thought it might be helpful to learn a language, logged in on it, saw that it's paid, and decided not to bother.

Ever since, I've gotten so many ads from this site, blocked all of them but I keep getting more. How do I get rid of this?
