Spy Camera like device in Acer Monitor.

Hi Folks,
I have Acer Nitro XV272U KV 27 Inch Monitor.
Today I noticed two camera like things at the middle of the bottom chin of display.

One of them (right one) seems like IR sensor, but the left one looks like a camera, I tried googleling what’s that but couldn’t find anything about that.

Can any one else explain what that is?
