Spam flood after renewing drivers license

Hey y'all. I didn't used to get a lot of scam/spam emails but, I recently had to renew my driver's license and ever since that day my inbox got flooded with weird emails.

Most of these emails are those "you won a prize", or "car insurance" type and I even got a text yesterday about winning another prize, and they straight up requested my address and date of birth.

Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't sign up for anything …
