Someone (in the EU) posted my name and email on his blogspot, won't take them down – what can I do?

Basically the title. I don't know who the guy is, never met him. He himself resides in Italy, while I live outside the EU. Somehow he found out my name and university email, along with the names and emails of other students at my (british) school, and he posted them on his blogger page which devotes itself to preaching that no one outside the catholic church will be saved.
