Some advice: Could my ex legally request CCTV footage of him getting in my dorm room and blackmail me?

Hello! I’m a 19F, living in student residences in a European country. My ex, 20M, lives in the same residences but different floor. The corridors are being monitored by CCTV.

Could he request the video footage of him getting in my room since I’m not in the video and it’s just him or because it’s also my room being monitored my right of privacy prevents him from doing that?
