Software extension for auto-blocking /Accepting/Denying cookie pop-ups

Pretty much in the title. Recently started a new job which requires me to go through a lot of websites. Having to accept these pop-ups everytime or have certain aspects of websites not work when denying is a massive time-waste and annoyance.

Hoping there is something out there to block this.
