Social Engineering puzzle

Can you guys help me come up with a puzzle that involves social engineering? I'm creating a cybersecurity type escape box and one of the puzzles need to be replaced. Now we're thinking of creating a puzzle that evolves around social engineering. It should be a puzzle that takes 10 minutes tops. However, I'm fairly new to this subject and am having trouble thinking of a way we can let people puzzle around this. Do you have any ideas?
