SOC to GRC change . How to go about it ?

So I’ve been working in the SOC environment for the past 2.5 years . However , I could not cope with the shifts for the life of me and left my job. It’s been 5 months since and I want to switch to GRC, any idea how to go about it ? All the job opportunities I’m getting are in SOC and I do not wish to pursue that .
