SOC analyst - Weird Job Description!

I just came across a job listing for SOC analyst which talks about allergies, physical reactions, bend, lift objects up to 20lbs etc (PS: I don't have any SOC analyst experience, correct me if I am wrong). Does these are actually required for SOC positions?
