So my current tech job is relaxed, but the techs break a lot of protocols, and do things extemly different from other branches. I can't transfer out due to no openings. I feel I should start job hunting elsewhere

Right now I do help desk support with some networking team responsibility. They want to move me to cyber security for the region in the future once I get more networking experience. I have about 7 years of help desk support and I got an associates in networking and cyber security, with about 7 months of real networking experience at this job.
