“Smart” “phone” with ZERO cell/radio/gps hardware or capability.

I’m looking for the equivalent of a raspberry pi with a screen. I’ve been scouring the internet for about 4 hours now trying to find a drop of information on how to, say, neuter a galaxy s7 or something like it. I just want an android-capable device with no RF transmitter, gps antenna, NFC or Bluetooth. No calls, texts, Wi-Fi, nothing to connect it to the outside world at all. Any advice?
