SIGINT in the Cybersecurity field?

Got about 8 years so far of IT/Cyber/SIGINT experience along with a handful of certifications, coming from the service. Are there private companies out there that do SIGINT-ELINT? I've only ever seen a handful being contracted out, and most that do the work are usually in the federal service.
