My company works with a lot of PHI and PII, so we have a real need to keep things on-prem, with absolutely as little data as poosible in the cloud/stored by a 3rd party. But, also due to the need to protect that data, we have a very real need to stay atop (as much as possible) the cybersecurity landscape. We currently have some of this on-prem, but it really isn't enough.
