Should we stop answering voice calls?

Given voice cloning is now possible with a tiny sample, should we stop answering the phone "hello"? "Who's calling" et cetera.

Some services are unfortunately still using voice confirmation as a second factor. Not to mention social engineering on people who know you personally.
