Should I tell Comcast to change my Static IP?

I've had this IP for like 5 thousand years and I started to get privacy conscious quite recently

I use a V PEE N (why cant i say this lol?), but I just want to be extra careful

I've heard it might be a pain, but eh? Worth a shot right?
