Should I help someone that chided me and claimed not to need my services?

I'm just starting up my business and recently sent out a marketing email to some tens of potential customers about my cybersecurity services. I got one reply, from an admin insinuating that I'm incompetent and that their company definitely does not need my services, asking to promptly be removed from my email list but still wishing me luck with my future endeavors.
