Should I care about privacy if I'm forced to use Windows, Chrome, and other Google services ?

Hey everyone it's my first time posting here. From the last 2 weeks, I'm continuously doing browser and search engine hopping between Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Google, Startpage, DuckDuckGo. Here are some things about me that I can not change :

1. I don't use any social media except Reddit, I use Cloudflare DNS, Bitwarden password manager, these are some privacy measures that I keep in mind.
