Wondering if there is an alternative, or safer way to do this. While traveling many hotels or airbnb apartments require ID by law while checking in.
The problem is that many check ins are done online and the hosts ask for passport via the hotel app, airbnb or sometimes WhatsApp.

Wondering if there's a better way to share it that's not so invasive, or what do you guys who travel do?
