Selling Android Phone - AES256 Encryption?

Sorry, I can't find exact answers for this elsewhere, but I'm selling my phone as I'm downgrading due to needing cash.
It's a Samsung Galaxy, very new phone so up to date android.
I've done several factory resets and also used many programs such as iShredder, CCleaner, Secure Erase to make sure every bit of data is gone as I'm terrified of identity theft or people taking other data after reading articles about people getting 2nd hand phones …
