Seemingly no jobs for Malware Analyst in sight, any advice?

I'm based in the UK and I've just got my first security researcher job and I love the idea of eventually becoy a Malware Analyst.

But I cannot find a single job posting or seemingly reliable salary expectation, do people just not need malware analysts anymore?

Can someone please let me know of any companys that hire Malware Analysts, and good examples of job listings, or salary expectations.

I don't want to get years down the line and find out …
