Seeking email compartmentalization guide

Hello,

I’m seeking advice on email compartmentalization. I have several email accounts and several categories of emails: banking/finance, personal, college, shopping/promotions, and misc. I believe that I’m currently more focused on security and eventually as my disposable $ increases I will branch out with privacy measures.

I only have one proton mail account that I use for finance. The rest are Gmail or yahoo (I know!). Currently not in a position to afford paid services but in the next year …
