Hi everyone,

The company I work for is planning to go public next year (hopefully) and will be getting the necessary help from consultants that excel in helping companies reach that stage.

However, for my knowledge I’d like to hear from the folks here who may have gone through something similar of what requirements might be placed on the security team or what controls may be required to pass the due diligence of stock markets?

I’ve tried to Google this …
