SearXng self hosting with proxy

Note: SearX is no longer maintained, but there is a new version of SearX called SearXng wich is the engine i mean when i say SearX. for more info, read [this](https://github.com/searxng/searxng/discussions/972).

so i did a bit more digging into SearX and how safe it is to use.

a tl:dr is that using a public instance has the security of "just trust me bro" and selfhosting is just giving out your ip adress to multiple search engines.
