ScanSource outages attributed to ransomware attack

BleepingComputer reports that U.S. cloud, SaaS connectivity, and network communications provider ScanSource has disclosed that some of its systems, customer portals, and business operations have been impacted by multi-day outages as a result of a ransomware attack on May 14.
