SANS FOR308 or SANS FOR500

I have a chance to take a SANS course and am trying to decide between FOR308 (Digital Forensics Essentials) and FOR500 (Windows Forensics Analysis). Has anyone taken either of these?

I have not taken any DFIR type classes but have been doing various IT jobs for over 15 years. I would hate for the FOR308 to be a little too basic and the FOR500 to be a little too much.
