People keep recomending SANS courses, they are good but 7k is outside most people pockets. There is a way of getting 70% of disccount, is call their work-study program. They let you take the course and you have to send surveys, check that everything works. Is not perfect, since you can not plan that much in advance and you have to be selected but is a great opportunity for people starting their careers.
