Samsung or Google Services on Android - Lesser of Two Evils?

I'm wondering if using Samsung-based services or Google-based services would be better for privacy.
When I say "services" what I mean is Google Assistant vs Bixby, Google Pay vs Samsung Wallet, Samsung Photos app vs Google Photos. And each company's "find my phone" app.
Of course, none of these services are "private" but I'm wondering what your opinions are on which is best for privacy (and disabling/uninstalling the alternatives). My current thinking is that if I'm going to …
