Figured some experts here might be able to chime in and help me out. A c-level gave me a flashdrive that contains a legal request from an outside party (allegedly). He did the right thing and didn’t want to just plug it in to his computer since it is untrusted. So he turned it over to IT. We are small and don’t have a security team.
