Rwanda seeks contractor to digitize civil registration archiving system

Rwanda has launched a call to tender for the digitization of the country’s civil registration and vital statistics (CRVS) archiving system under the Rwanda Digital Acceleration Project.

The Rwanda Information Association Authority (RISA), which made the announcement via a LinkedIn post, says bidding for the contract will be done exclusively via a dedicated digital procurement system.

The bidding deadline is September 13, 2023.
