Russian domain phishing my customers via Google Ads

We have done a lot to educate customers and force MFA upon login. Unfortunately, we're not trademarked yet, so I cannot file a complaint to Google for a takedown.


Any other ideas on how we can combat this? ICAAN report? I doubt anything will happen if I go directly to their hosting service...
