NUH adopts AI triage tool to treat stroke faster


The National University Hospital in Singapore has been using an AI-powered triage tool to quickly identify stroke patients in need of endovascular treatment.


The hospital, which sees more than 1,000 ischaemic stroke patients each year, has set a target of getting at least half of those patients to receive appropriate treatment within an hour of arriving.
