Reviews on BlueTeamsLab & Security Blue Team

I'm looking for input on either Blue Teams Lab or Security Blue Team eLearning platforms. I've spent a significant amount of time going through TryHackMe and HackTheBack on the offensive side. I would like to sharpen my defensive skills and wanted to see if anyone has any experience with either of these or if there is another option and/or better option out there.
