Restaurant uploads picture

So the restaurant owner asked if she wanted us to take our family picture and send it I said sure. A few weeks later she uploaded our family picture with a wrong context “milk this day and celebrate your birthday “ we just went for lunch.

Also, she never informed us that her intentions were to use our picture without our permission and add a misleading title.

Can I ask her to take it down ?
