Reporting a Vulnerability

I work for a very large company in the U.S. and have recently discovered, what I consider, a vulnerability in the login process of devices that many employees use daily. As a student about to graduate with a cybersecurity degree, this is my first time dealing with this and I wanted to get some advice on the proper way to report this without compromising my job (though I will be pursuing a job elsewhere when I graduate).
