Removing public info for a celebrity

Sorry if this is a dumb question. But from my research people are saying a CCPA request for most of these sites does nothing.

A certain celebrity/public figure I work with has their personal home address showing up on some of these sites like white pages. It’s a bigger problem than your average person being listed because they have been actively stalked and are pretty well known.
