Regarding privacy SW, what order should I get it all in?

I've been doing a digital security overhaul recently, after finally upgrading to Win10, & I just got a new refurb phone too. So I'm jw if there's an ideal order to download & install all these things in? (Browser(s)/Exts/PM/Email/Storage(Cloud)/IM/Encryption/etc..) That is, if it makes any difference. I've only been using Chrome & AV on my PC but the phone isn't even set up yet.
