Red teaming exercises

Hi.

I'm working as a junior cyber security specialist in the company that must comply to the EBA and incoming DORA requirements.
One of the requirements state about the red team training to be done in the company, so my team lead asked me what would I want to learn.
I've never touched the red team part, so came here to seek for advice what kind of red team training would be the most beneficial for junior specialist.
