I went shopping at the mall yesterday and walked into a couple stores to look at some stuff. One of the stores was Tilly’s, I didn’t buy anything or talk to anyone. All I did was browse and then leave the store. Today I got an email asking to give feedback on my shopping experience. How would they know that I just walked in without talking to anyone or buying anything?
