Rapid7 or Arctic Wolf MDR solutions

Anyone have experience using either Rapid7's or Arctic Wolf's MDR offerings? Anything you particularly liked or disliked about either? I've demoed R7's IDR and had some pretty lengthy conversations with both R7 and Arctic Wolf about their MDR offerings, spoken to their Client Advisors and SOC managers, etc., but until we actually sign up with either it's hard to gauge how effective and responsive their teams actually are.
