Ranting | Cybersecurity needs more blue team than red team

Not sure if this is the right sub. But I’m just here ranting.
There are many blue team jobs yet no one is getting hired. Everyone is excited to learn how to hack and so on. In my opinion, I think it is very important to learn how to defend and in parallel know how attacks occur. The more you dive in a blue team job the more you become familiar with what happens in a real world environment.
