So I rebooted one of my old android phone (with no SIM card inside), and found out that when you setup the "new" sevice, they will allow you to create an google account for said phone without requiring you to provide a phone number or a backup adress (or anything really)

I have not tried/explored this a lot, but I guess it could be a good way to generate an account that is not linked to other stuff.
