questions about mail

Hi good people. What exactly email providers mean by " business use "?
I cant actually create my own service, but i just need separate email for git and job hunt.

I ask bcs im not 100% sure where i have limitations.
I dont freelance or anything actually but... what about my own website? Git repo? Should i think about something different? Selfhost my own?
