Question regarding how to learn how to use industry standard eDiscovery platforms, without being financiallly able to pay for training/tools.

I am going to college for CompEng, with a minor in DF&CompSec, I am wondering what tips you guys would have for learning how to utilize eDiscovery platforms to learn them, without much in the way of financial resources. (For example Encase, and other tools) If you guys have any trainings or resources I can use freely (without the CIA having to kill me lol) that would be appreciated. :)
