So I have a burner phone which I want to connect to my home Wifi, I don't want that there is evidence I ever created a connection with the Wifi.

I know a pre paid sim card would be possible, but I need to verify the card with an ID in my country. (which makes the privacy reason for a pre paid sim card useless)
