Question about our WiFi and IT at work

So I work in a very small company, less than 10 of us in the office.
We have an external communication company who do our IT etc (they themselves are not a big company, but a local one)
Whilst I don't think there are any plans to, my boss was saying that as part of a new package they're able to see what people are looking at on their phones if connected to the WiFi, which I stupidly often am. …
